This one-year program, that begins April 1, xxx1, provides you with the appropriate training and experience to help catapult you into a successful career in HR. Over the course of three rotations you will join global teams across our HR organization working on topics including, but not limited to, Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, HR Strategy, HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development and HR Analytics. You will learn the basics, and much more, required to start your career in HR. In the past the HR Early Talents conducted one of the three rotations in an international (COMPANY NAME) subsidiary, weather we will be able to offer this also for the batch 2021/2022 will depend on how the pandemic will evolve.

* We are looking for fast learners with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter, 'can-do' attitude. This program will require the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, flexibility, and multi-tasking. You are expected to move into different roles as required and to be comfortable working with ambiguity throughout.
* Your tasks will vary from operational to conceptual, including basic project management, consulting or facilitating as required during the rotation phases.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
* A first-class Bachelor's or ideally Master's degree in an HR-related discipline
* Excellent communications skills in English and German (must have)
* Creative and innovative thinking
* Open-mindedness and team player attitude
* Results-oriented, analytical problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills
* Ability to understand and interpret data sets; statistics knowledge is a plus
* High service orientation towards internal customers - our (COMPANY NAME) employees
* Ideally, prior HR experience as an intern or working student with (COMPANY NAME). Around 2 years of professional experience, also outside of (COMPANY NAME).
