Resolving escalated (more technically demanding) requests and issues via tickets (email).
* Processing tickets from Escalated queue
* Following the "Ask escalated" channel and providing other agents with real time help
* Identifying patterns with issues and notifying the relevant department
* Being proactive in L2 specific areas even if they are not technically challenging (Daily, WF)
* Communicating with L1 and L3 and filtering the relevant information
* Prioritizing by urgency and difficulty, thus maximizing efficiency
* Being aware of ongoing issues and processes by following the relevant communication channels
* Knowing the customer base, company processes, general policies, and manner of work
* Adapting to ever-changing and growing sets of systems and server configurations
* Ability to extract the most relevant information from the correct source for the minimum time possible
* Ability to determine the scope of support we should offer
