Are you a Talent Acquisition Program Manager who is an expert in designing talent strategies using an in-house team of specialists?

In this role you'll be… We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join our team! As the Global Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, adapting and implementing a company wide strategy for sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring and retaining talented candidates.

You'll have an opportunity to… Design new systems, processes and tools, working alongside a first class team of specialist and hiring managers.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities

*Investigate and determine employee needs; Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

*Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

*Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

*Plan employee referral programs

*Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools to create and monitor KPI's

*Develop sourcing strategies

*perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

*Design, plan and implement selection processes (interviews and screening calls, psychological tests etc.)

*Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

*Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

*Suggest measures for improving employee retention

*Liaison with parent company COE recruitment specialists

*Partnering with the Global TA inhouse teams in US, EMEA, Asia and SAM

Education and/or Experience Required

*In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

*Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)

*Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

*In-house experience

*HR or Marketing education

*Experience in a multinational, US Headquartered business

*Experience with building a COE is preferred
