In March 2022 Veritas became part of LetsGetChecked, a global healthcare solutions company with a platform that allows consumers to discover and access personalized health information conveniently, confidentially and accurately.

Responsibilities:

* Receiving requests, registering applications, and managing samples upon receipt
* Carrying out analyses according to established procedures
* Identifying and managing non-conformities during laboratory work, taking immediate actions, and participating in the definition of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) when applicable
* Applying and verifying the quality controls of the analysis
* Complying with current regulations regarding the disposal of biological waste
* Complying with the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements
* Managing all functions related to their area of competence in terms of quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention, complying with current regulations and the policies defined by NIMGenetics
* Maintenance of laboratory equipment
* Calibration of laboratory equipment
* Preparation of culture media
* Preparation and aliquoting of reagents
* Control, classification, and distribution of glassware
* Washing and sterilization of various materials using autoclaving
* Management of material and product orders for the laboratory, as well as stationery and IT supplies
* Management of waste generated in the Area
* Preparation and replenishment of laboratory materials and reagents

Requirements:

* To hold a mid-level vocational training qualification within the healthcare field
* It is recommended to have at least 1 year of experience in a genetics or molecular biology laboratory
* Reliability
