Your main role will be to provide full marketing and administrative support to sales; initially, in supporting the coverage of clients.
Your position will involve significant people interaction at different levels and among countries; language skills in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued. More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
* Creation of commercial documents (power point presentations, term sheets) and help in marketing events organization.
* Support in pre-sale processes (risk approvals, trade documentation) and post-sale duties (booking, tracking of products, valuations, etc).
* Interaction with the Structuring and Marketing Teams (for pricing requests or marketing presentations).
* Support in new products issuance process.
* Tracking products animation/quotation (with Listed Exchanges and Traders)
* Answering clients questions over the phone / backing-up salespeople in their absence.
* Price products using internal tool as well as backtest strategies.
* Maintenance of client databases and contact details.
* Project work both internal and client related.
* Competitive market watch, update of product files for different broker clients

This VIE in Madrid is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Graduate from an Engineering, Business school or University with a master in Finance with a specialization in Capital Markets.
You ideally had an experience in a Trading floor from an Investment Bank. Knowledge of Exotic derivatives and Financial markets environment would be appreciated.
You are fluent in English and Spanish. You are proficient with the Pack Office
