Vos Challenges

From home, from the office, from the client, you will be involved in the following missions:

* Assessment of existing process and organization: risk identification, review of the relevance of controls regarding major risks, sharing of best practices with our clients and recommendations
* Design and implementation of tailor made mitigation action plan
* Clients support in their operations' transformation: understanding, redesign of existing processes, identification and review of operational and financial risks, simplification and optimization of controls, training of client teams
* Compliance of systems with SOX, J-SOX, AMF requirements
* Design and implementation of systems addressing specific regulations' requirements (i.e. Anti-Bribery and Corruption; international sanctions and embargoes, export control, …)
* Assist clients to secure their Core processes trough business continuity and recovery plans
* Assist clients on complex degraded environment to stabilize and manage crisis and loss of control over operations

Votre Profil

With a Master degree, from a major business school, engineering or a university equivalent in finance/accounting and you are interested in risk management, internal control, audit, and compliance.

You have a successful previous experience (internship, apprenticeship, permanent) in a corporate or in an audit or consulting firm and have a good knowledge of accounting and financial subjects.

You are recognized for the following qualities and skills:

* Rigor and ability to engage in complex topics
* Analytical and synthetic qualities
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Team player and self-starter
* Proficiency in English

Location:

You will be based in one of our major locations in France (La Défense, Marseille, Toulouse) or abroad (Algiers - Algeria, Casablanca-Morocco) as part of a permanent contract.
