The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Quality Assurance supervisor at our Site in Kerkrade you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will participate in daily tier briefings on the shop floor while coaching and leading the production and quality team through questions and decision moments. You will head the communication out regarding product development and specifications from the plant with application engineers, the business and sales teams to allow them to develop the (COMPANY NAME) Kerkrade product portfolio and grow the business while clarifying customer questions. You will be responsible for managing quality audits, controlling internal processes, developing, initiating internal process improvement roadmaps and be part of the plant management team. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Leading and Coaching a team of two quality and process engineers
* Driving process improvement and leading tier production team in the plant
* Gatekeeper for product quality control
* Supporting application engineers and (COMPANY NAME) sales for product development
* Building your network with our Customers and global (COMPANY NAME) team.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, (COMPANY NAME) is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in chemical process engineering or comparable.
* Basic experience in plastics processing industry.
* Quality Assurance skills in relevant market.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
* Analytical thinking skill
* Good communicator
* Affinity with production processing
* Leadership Skills or affinity in leading people
* Project management and continuous improvement skills
* Language requirements: English and German in word and writing
