YOUR TASKS
* Process administration and updates for catalog training and SharePoint
* Managing inbox distribution and overseeing training logistics
* Tracking attendance, maintaining materials, and registering trainers
* Handling catalog-related inquiries and ordering supplies
* Serving as LTP and PO backup
* Scheduling and executing training sessions
* Onboarding day: Organizing, hosting, improving, and managing materials and welcome bags
* Onboarding for managers: Coordinating training sessions conducted by HR Advisors (HRAs)
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum completed MBO education, preferably administrative oriented.
* Experience in a commercial and dynamic work environment.
* Excellent oral and written skills in both Dutch and English.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible. Capable of independently setting priorities and maintaining oversight.
* Besides hard work, you enjoy a pleasant work atmosphere.
