As the Market Access Lead for Adult Category, you will be contributing & shaping the Market Access & Health Economics strategy for the entire category. By working in cross functional teams, you would be responsible to bring in voice of market access and shape key jobs to be done for market access.

The position has a global scope and one of your key responsibilities would be to identify access specific requirements for key brands, innovations & therapeutic areas. Taking into account the reimbursement & funding perspective you would work on building/generating health economic evidence and narrative to support countries and drive strategic and operational implications for Nutricia. You will also engage the broader Nutricia teams including Research & Innovation, Sales, Marketing and Medical functions to build access & health economic narrative/models and address market requirements, which could range from protect or broaden reimbursement, market/category shaping or payer engagement to map market access requirements.

A key responsibility is also promoting Market Access culture and expertise within the organization at global, regional and local levels. This position will play a key role in supporting development of capabilities, skills and resources needed to further scale market access voice within the organization.
This role reports into, Director Global Market Access.

Key requirements:
* You have 5 – 10 years of Health care/Pharmaceutical industry experience and have knowledge and understanding of various therapy areas. You are experienced in addressing key challenges facing the healthcare industry, specifically related to Market Access, Health Economics & Reimbursement. International experience is preferred.
* You have a very good understanding of various healthcare systems, Policies and HTA’s.
* You have a track record of demonstrating the added medical and economic value to patients, physicians and payers.
* Next to this, you have experience of working in an international, cross-functional matrix environment and in managing transversal and international business activities. You ideally have experience in the therapeutic areas targeted by Nutricia and you have knowledge/understanding of the Medical Nutrition regulations, reimbursement systems, Pricing system, business environment, challenges and strong motivation to enter the field.
* In terms of personality you are result oriented with an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong desire to shape new business territories.
* You have excellent negotiations and influence skills for internal and external parties and have a strong ability to work across functions.
* You are a team player with a proactive and collaborative approach and can work in a start-up environment with limited resources.
* At least, you have a degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or another Healthcare decision science, Masters is preferred. Additional qualifications in business management are highly desirable
