The main objective of the candidate will be to ensure the correct flow, planning, and operational management of shipments, including customs procedures.
Responsibilities:
*Management of shipping and invoicing documents (including samples, material returns, Intercompany shipments, and shipments of various materials)
*Imports (quotation requests, documentation control, customs forms archiving, etc.)
*Control and management of customs procedures
*Transport organization

* Degree in Economics or related field
* Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
* Familiarity with main Incoterms and transport documents (CMR, AWB, B/L, etc.)
* Knowledge of ERP management systems, preferably SAP
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
* Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Customer-oriented approach and good relationships with suppliers and carriers
* Proactivity and flexibility
* Goal-oriented mindset
