Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
* Current license to practice law in Italy.
* Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.
* High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
* Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
* Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
* Global mentality and enthusiasm.
* You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us
