You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Lead aspects of plant CAPEX project budget planning and control, report creation, collaboration with plant project decision making and ensuring compliance with established policies for capital projects.
* Lead the fixed asset control for the four plants for Mexico, ensuring asset additions, monitoring, modifications and disposals to be in compliance with the accounting books and policies.
* Contribute to create a strong compliance and controls monitoring environment within your scope, and ensure full compliance with our policies.
* Collaborate with projects to improve efficiency and ways of working, and adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
What you will bring

* TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring
* BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business
* LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results
* GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Realizarás el control y monitoreo de presupuesto de capital para plantas, además del aseguramiento del activo fijo para México.
Recopilarás datos y generarás reportes para la toma de decisiones, serás responsable de mantener la integridad de la información, supervisarás las conciliaciones y realizarás controles y verificaciones básicas para cualquier cambio en activos de la compañia.
Tus tareas:
* Llevar adelante aspectos de la planificación y control de presupuestos de proyectos de CAPEX en plantas, creación de reportes, colaboración con la toma de decisiones de proyectos de la planta y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas para proyectos de capital.
* Liderar el control de activo fijo para las cuatro plantas para México, asegurando el alta, monitoreo, modificaciones y bajas de activos para estar en cumplimiento con los libros contables y políticas.
* Contribuir a crear un entorno sólido de cumplimiento y seguimiento de controles dentro de tu ámbito de alcance, y velar por el total cumplimiento de nuestras políticas
* Colaborar con proyectos de mejora de la eficiencia y de las formas de trabajo, y adoptar una mentalidad de mejora continua
Requerimientos:
* Carreras universitarias en ing. Industrial, finanzas, quimico, administracion de empresas o afín.
* Organización, orden, atencion al detalle.
* Conocimientos intermedios en Excel.
* Conocimiento en el medio financiero.
* Experiencia en planta.
* Experiencia en control de presupuesto de proyectos en planta.
* Sistema: SAP
* Ingles: intermedio
El rol puede estar basado en Planta Puebla o en Planta Ecatepec.
