The ES Transformation Manager leads enterprise-wide, multi-stream and multi-process HR transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role partners closely with executive leadership to design, govern, and execute strategic change programs that improve performance, Danoners experience, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration across expert and delivery teams, including DBS Digital Innovation, Service Excellence, ES, HR Digital and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation Leadership
*
Lead end-to-end transformation programs, including strategy development, business case creation, execution, and benefits realization.
*
Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
*
Drive alignment across business units, functions, and geographies.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
*
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and functional leaders.
*
Facilitate executive steering committees and governance forums.
*
Manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment.
Program & Change Management
*
Oversee multi-stream transformation initiatives (process, technology, operating model, culture, Service Excellence).
*
Ensure strong change management practices, including communication, training, and adoption tracking.
*
Monitor risks, dependencies, and interlocks across programs.
*
Supervise program and change management resources within ES service lines to optimize capacity and avoid duplication.
Performance & Benefits Realization
*
Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to strategic objectives.
*
Track benefits realization and ensure delivery of financial and non-financial outcomes.
*
Identify and drive course-correction actions where performance deviates from plan.

We expect you have:
*
General knowledge of HR and proven experience in the Shared Services industry.
*
Proven experience in transformation, strategy, or large-scale program delivery.
*
Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
*
Experience working with senior executives and boards.
