As a Solution Designer specialising in Master Data Management, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic data solutions across Customer Data Platforms. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-proof MDM solutions that support business outcomes and enable trusted customer data across the organisation.

Experience:
* Experience working with Operational Master Data Management platforms.
* Knowledge of Reltio is required, hands on experience is highly desirable
* Proven track record in solution design, system integration, and data modelling.
* Experience in Agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams in multinational environment.
* Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).

Skills:
* Ability to design and document end-to-end MDM solutions.
* Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in SQL and RSQL.
* Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Effective communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to balance delivery speed and cost with strategic platform goals.

Nice to have:
* Reltio certifications.
* Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), CBAP (The Open Group Architecture Framework), or AWS Architect certifications.

Communication and Collaboration:
* Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Platform Teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
* Collaborate with project managers, risk, CISO, and data governance stakeholders.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership and Accountability:
* Engage with architectural stakeholders and change forums to coordinate technical strategies.
* Support the Platform Architect in developing and delivering platform roadmaps.
* Make design decisions that balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals.
* Contribute to the stability and scalability of the data estate.
