As a Key Account Management Hospitalar, you will be responsible for defining, organizing, and executing strategic and operational processes within the institutional area, ensuring sustainable business growth through key account management.

Your main responabilities will be:

* Organize and propose daily operation processes of institution area.
* Filter and recommend challenges to the actual strategy/ plan, following market trends and signs.
* Apply analysis and market understanding to understand key account context.
* Design of tender offer preparation to to drive growth and sustainability.
* Manage relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure the needed control of the critical phases of the hospital tenders.
* Incorporating business intelligence and strategy about commission members, competitors and hospital consumption.
* Identify key influencers and design a plan of action.
* Performance control of key accounts to ensure delivery of targets of the commercial plan and implement mitigation/growth plan where necessary.
* Coordinate and mobilize other relevant functions (e.g. commercial, finance, supply and medical team) to ensure right support is given to each account to lever growth opportunities.

Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
* Proven experience (+5 years) in Key Account Management and hospital tender processes within the healthcare sector.
* Strong track record in developing and executing growth strategies and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
* Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage key decision-makers.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.
* Willingness to travel as required
