Change and Communications Manager - Technology
London

As we reshape our technology services over the next three years, we are looking to appoint a Change and Communications Manager for our Technology team to help us ensure the right change management and communication are delivered across (COMPANY NAME) to embed new technology, processes and behaviours.

This role will suit somebody with experience of organisational design within a global business. Working closely with the CIO and other technology and communications leaders, you will ensure change management activities are built into the technology function planning and within individual projects. The other purpose of this role is to align the overall communications requirements with the (COMPANY NAME) Comms team and engage with them to deliver a comprehensive communication plan.

KEY OUTCOMES
* Building a (COMPANY NAME) wide roadmap of technology change to ensure that messages are aligned and consistent.
* Work with Technology Leaders and Business Communications Leads to ensure development and execution of their Change and Communications roadmap/plan within their divisions and functions.
* Help understand impacts to change and how a change/comms plan can drive adoption throughout technology
* Understanding our avenues of Communications and ways to target specific changes
* Coaching people in change and comms methods and how best to use each effectively.
* Build content for change messaging alongside the leadership team for Technology

CAPABILITIES
* Experienced Change and Communications Manager within technology for a global/matrixed organisation
* Knowledge of effective communications methods as part of organizational design or operating model transformation
* Strong networking skills, people-centric and a natural ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Ability to understand how the technology roadmap will impact end users at all levels
* Ability to clearly understand technology change and then build a change plan to address.
* Ability to articulate or translate between technology language into easily understood business language
