WHAT ROLE YOU WILL PLAY IN OUR TEAM

Join our marketing organization in Prague supporting (COMPANY NAME)'s lubricants business in Europe. We own world-class brands like our famous Mobil1 and maintain business relations via authorized distributors, direct accounts and strategic global accounts including Original Equipment Manufacturers across automotive and industrial sectors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

* You will be the owner of all marketing communications and activities over a number of countries in Europe and Turkey
* You will promote our brands through different channels including printed materials, digital and social media
* You will master (COMPANY NAME) marketing processes, brands, products and techniques to offer solutions to channel partners and customers to drive profitable growth and maximize portfolio revenues
* You will plan for all investments and marketing budgets to execute programs, offers and promotions in alignment of strategy
* You will provide market data, observations and trends to MBU and Global Advisors to facilitate strategy/offer development
* You will manage digital marketing in the respective locations

ABOUT YOU: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Proven work experience as a marketer (Working with channel and direct customers is an advantage)
* Marketing and/or Engineering education/background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and Turkish
* Fluency in Russian is a very strong advantage
* Analytic, strategic and tactical mind-set
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Ability to drive the marketing processes from plan to close
