Campus Security Manager, Global Security and Resilience Operations (English, Romanian)

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of (COMPANY NAME)'s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of (COMPANY NAME), including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

* Partner closely with and offer guidance and consultation to Facility, Operations Management and provide security and risk advice and guidance to site and country leadership.
* Lead efforts to inform protocols and practices to assess and mitigate potential risks to (COMPANY NAME). Coordinate with security counterparts to make risk-based recommendations about posture, resource allocation.
* Manage the security operations in Romania, in support of the Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team in EMEA. Travel within Romania and the wider region.
* Assist with corporate safety and security standards, policies, and practices, including managing daily operations of security and safety vendors and providing services, life-safety systems, training, drills, investigations and risk assessment.
* Manage ongoing and upcoming building and facilities projects at multiple office locations across Romania, in partnership with external (COMPANY NAME) support vendor partners

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* Experience of working with vendors, suppliers and managing a contracted guard team.

Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently, to interact with local stakeholders in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

* Ability to manage multiple campus sites in multiple countries in a fast-paced office environment.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with agility and close attention to detail
