Position Summary

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will have a key role in our team to give support to our Senior Key Account Management Team. You will have the chance to help us in our journey to lead the development of customer strategies for our top customer & ensure a flawless execution of our plans.

A day in the life of a Junior Key Account Manager

* Support our Senior KAM team to develop and implement long-term customer strategic plan to drive sustainable & profitable business: develop & drive sales dashboards, create selling stories presentation, customer visit, creating of compelling sales folder…
* Responsibility for regional management coordination & customer visits
* Responsibility for Business Development & opportunities (e-commerce, new channels)
* Strongly collaborate with Marketing, Customer/Channel Sales Development, Field Sales Force, Finance, Supply Chain teams
* Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning

What will make you successful

* University Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
* Successful first experience in FMCG in Sales or Marketing
* Analytical & strategical thinking
* Team player, full of initiatives and strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Drive to reach targets, proven negotiation skills, resilience and stress resistance
* Fluent in German (ideally Swiss German), French and English
