What does the role involve?
The two-year to three-year job rotation program is a tailored career development program for graduates of professional management talents in the Sales role. Through solid practical experience in marketing, sales, project assignments, the trainees will develop professional management skills and become the core sales role within two to three years Develop an internal pool of talent through 70% on-site learning, 20% coaching and feedback, and 10% training

What you need is:

* Master's degree in engineering (civil engineering, mechanical manufacturing, etc.).
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
* Strong interest in sales work, curiosity, look at changes as opportunity
* Self-motivated, optimistic and positive, willing to grow with Hilti for a long time.
