Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* Support in planning, managing and implementing digitization and transformation projects
* Analyze and prepare data to support strategic decisions
* Preparation of presentations, reports and decision templates with MS PowerPoint and Excel
* Collaboration in the optimization and digitization of processes and workflows
* Supporting project management in coordinating tasks, deadlines and stakeholders
* Conducting research on digital trends, technologies, and best practices
* Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of workshops, meetings and project appointments
* Close collaboration with various departments to support ongoing transformation initiatives

Your profile
You are studying business informatics, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Enthusiasm for digital transformation topics
* Safe use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong analytical thinking skills for problem solving
* Strong communication skills to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
* High degree of personal initiative and independent working methods
* First basics in project management
* High digital affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies

Nice-to-have Skills
* First practical experience with automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
* First points of contact with collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
