* Advising our international guests on room enquiries, quotations, sale of hotel rooms and additional services
* Booking and confirmation and control of reservations for our 2 hotels, maintenance of prices and reservation systems.
* Commission control and accounting
* Support and induction of our trainees

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

We expect
- Knowledge of a common PMS opera is an advantage
- High resilience and assertiveness
- First knowledge of employee and team leadership
- High sense of responsibility and very good manners
-Reliability
- a well-groomed appearance
- strong service orientation and an eye for detail
- good communication skills in German and English (Dutch language skills are an advantage)
