Working Student - Life Science (Customer Excellence Department)

Your Role:

En el departamento de Excelencia del Cliente, realizarás actividades administrativas con un enfoque en garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. Serás responsable de generar informes para apoyar CF y Mportal, responder a consultas comunes de clientes (como tiempos de entrega, precios y uso de los sitios web de la empresa), registrar y revisar productos IQBF en SUNAT para clientes gubernamentales, y revisar las colas de SFDC para una correcta asignación. Para desempeñar estas tareas con éxito, se requiere conocimiento en herramientas de Microsoft Office, dominio avanzado de Excel, y una formación académica en química, áreas relacionadas o administrativas. Las habilidades esenciales incluyen capacidades analíticas y organizativas, habilidades de negociación y toma de decisiones, tolerancia a la frustración, y escucha activa para identificar necesidades.

Quien Eres:

* Estudiante de último año en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Negocios Internacionales.

* Manejo de herramientas MS, Excel (realizar tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, búsqueda y cruces).

* Inglés intermedio (deseable, no excluyente).

* Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.

* Proactividad y orientación a resultados.

* Organización y atención al detalle.

* Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas situaciones.
