Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers on Google Sheets using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
Insights & Presentations
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
* Prepare professional presentations in Google Slides/PowerPoint to support decision-making and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
* Student in advanced years or recent graduate from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or other quantitative/analytical fields.
* Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data automation).
* Solid skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides for structuring and presenting insights.
* Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have (Plus)
* Interest in AI tools and automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, workflow automation, or using AI for data analysis and reporting).
* Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data tools.
