Job Description:

The Discovery Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We prepared 14 cross-department paths in different locations, so don't hesitate to apply to join us!

We are looking for an intern to join the People Programs and Development teams in HR department in Barcelona or Warsaw for 3 or 4 months. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects connected to analytics and development of our global programs.
* Reporting and basic learning analytics
* Creating engaging and meaningful training
* Communication and design
* Training content collation & management
* Other operational ad-hoc support to the HR team

Qualifications:

* A demonstrated commitment to CSR and sustainability fields
* Strong skills in Google Suite and MS Office, especially exceptional Excel and Powerpoint skills (analytics & data visualization, including the ability to communicate quantitative data into a visually engaging story and to organize/integrate large amounts of information into concise presentation)
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
* Demonstrated ability to pick up new skills proactively. Effective time manager and multi-tasker, able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
* Communication and design skills.
