🌟 About the role
As an intern in the Sales team, you will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring that our team documentation is kept up to date. Duties may include answering customers' inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

⭐ What will you do:

* Preparing, organizing and updating accounts for our customers to evaluate our product
* Update spreadsheets and databases
* Filling documentation- Adaptable to other admin duties as and when required
* Answering chats and calls from customers if needed
* Support the sales team and help to handle the volume of calls during special campaigns (e.g., Black Friday)

⭐ Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English, Spanish and Italian
* Proven administrative experience
* Time-management skills and multitasking ability
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to details

It would be a plus if you have:
* Strong communication skills in other language such as French, Spanish or Italian
* Experience or knowledge of Hubspot, Gmail and Google tools
* Aptitude to learn new software and systems
* Passion for SaaS solutions in the travel industry
