To work in the Concept, Build and Measure Group which is part of the Corporate Concept Group.
Looking for an Electrical Engineering intern who has interests in supporting a dynamic fast paced hands-on a research-based group. This person would be responsible to support such projects such as Zorro (Health), BLEEP (CCG), Gaming (CED) and other concept related projects.
Their primary role will be interacting with the CBM & CCG (Corporate Concept Group) team(s) including Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustical, and Systems engineering. Their primary role will also include helping the CBM (Concept Build & Measure) setup a process to validate CCG early concepts using an Audio Precision System and other test/measurements systems to help validate early concept product assemblies. The requirements of this role require an electrical engineer with an interest in acoustics.

They be responsible to lead/manage small scope projects including designing PCBs, performing some hands-on assembly, and test for use on future projects. They would convert test functions, including MATLAB to a general user interface (GUI) format to automate the process of taking measurements and plotting the results. They may need to write many small functions and scripts in order to make data processing easier for others in the lab. They will debug various printed circuit boards and run electrical tests on these (COMPANY NAME) proprietary electronics concepts to prove viability of ideas. They will be working/networking directly with electrical, system, mechanical, research engineers and project managers.
Hands-on electrical engineering skills, a willingness to work in a lab environment, have in interest in acoustics or plays an instrument, MATLAB applications, some computer programming skills
