About the opportunity

* Assist the Rider Compliance Team in identifying non-compliance issues of the riders and make sure that they are following the daily delivery processes.
* Create analyses on rider behavior directly affecting their compliance to the delivery processes and protocols.
* Help design, pilot, and evaluate new SOPs that will improve the current Rider Compliance system.

What you need to be successful

* Currently a student from any Bachelor's degree/course
* Can render at least 350+ academic required internship hours
* Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and similar software
* Has strong data analysis skills
* An incumbent who is available to join us online 40 hours a week and may include weekends, a minimum of 3-6 months
* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
