Your Title: Intern Process Alignment
Job Location: Milton Keynes, UK or Espoo, Finland

* Proficiency in documenting and presenting outcomes clearly

What You Will Do:
* Assist in planning and documenting alignment sessions
* Support facilitators during sessions
* Ensure accurate transcription and documentation
* Ensure clarity of session objectives and expectations for all participants
* Adapt sessions to accommodate unexpected changes or new information
* Present session results through read-outs with the guidance of a supervisor
* Listen to business needs, propose solutions and improvements

Goals of the Internship:
* Develop a deeper understanding of business processes and management
* Enhance skills in organizing, documenting, and analyzing business activities
* Gain hands-on experience in assisting and facilitating business alignment sessions
* Learn to present findings and recommendations effectively with professional support
* Strengthen problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
