Long Term Internship  6-12 Months  : November  2019  to June  2020 
Possible  November  2019 to November  2020 

Position based in Paris  France a
Contract is based on  an UNIVERSITY Internship Agreement called in France 
Convention de Stage . Convention de stage is mandatory.
Monthly indemnity : 550 e  per month +  restaurant Voucher (value 150 e ) + 50% local transportation costs. (Pass Navigo). 
Possibility of hiring if competence and positive results. 

The ESKA Editions Training Center is a human-sized organization that organizes conferences and seminars every year in France and abroad. DBJ is the service company responsible for recruiting congress staff.

Required qualities
-Relational friendly
- Rigor and speed in the work
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral.
- Computing: full office pack. Importance of Excel and Word
-Maintained Desire In design-Photoshop-or Xpress

You are a student coming from a business schools, university.
You have a first desired experience or long-term internship 
What you will do during your internship
Supporting Product Managers Business development -Contact and negotiation with sponsors and partners. (-Contact speakers and Presidents of events to define programs supported by sponsors. -Linking with reviews and reservations and sales of spaces Global follow-up of intermediate sized events: 150-300 registered -Contact with speakers and Presidents for setting up programs - Writing letters in 
Promotion et Marketing des événements French and English Events Promotion and Marketing
- Realization of mailings
- Sending e-mails and postal
- Data base management
- Preparation of the documentation that will be given to the participants and partners of the different events
-Prospecting to create new events in Medicine and other product lines.
-Creation of events for magazines edited by ESKA.
