As an R&D Intern at Hive focusing on Formulation your key responsibilities & accountabilities could be (amongst others):

* Literature, patents and product reviews for mapping innovation / formulation space;
* Experimental work on formulation optimization and product quality improvement;
* Development and application of formulation-specific methods for accelerated shelf life studies;
* Product characterization for culinary / sensory related advices to product development;
* Recipe design and ingredient development to address trends in the market;
* …And many more interesting tasks & topics to give you the best possible learning experience!

What we ask:
* You are available for 5 or 6 months from September 2023 (at least 32 hours a week);
* You must be enrolled as a (3rd or 4th year) Bachelor or Master student;
* A study in food science, technology, chemistry, or engineering;
* Any of the following training/skills: physical-chemistry, colloids, soft matter physics, food science;
* You have a great passion for foods & you're analytically strong;
* Fluent in English; both oral and written
