We are looking for someone to join the global Inclusion & Diversity team at (COMPANY NAME) for a six month internship, which will give you the chance to help define what I&D means to our people across the globe. As an intern on the global Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team, you will be working together with the Head of Inclusion and Diversity and the global Inclusion & Diversity Communications and Change Manager. Amongst other duties, you will support the deployment of our global I&D action plan, i.e. working with our global ambassador network, focusing on developing and deploying Inclusive Leadership capabilities as well as support the global I&D communications strategy internally and externally.
You will also be responsible for market intelligence reporting, and analysing the latest trends and benchmarks across the world of Inclusion and Diversity.
Your key responsibilities
* Support both the I&D ambassadors and Inclusive Leadership capabilities programmes, i.e. delivery and execution of workshops and designing key capabilities.
* Support I&D on our communications strategy, engage with our employees through a variety of communications (text, photography, videography) as well as aligning and working with external stakeholders.
* Design and deliver market intelligence reporting in the field of I&D, gather the latest trends and insights research to benchmark across various industries.

As I&D intern you will report to the global Head of Inclusion and Diversity, which is part of the Global HR Talent and Leadership Development team.
Your position is based in Amsterdam.
You are enrolled in a Master's degree programme, preferably with focus on HR or I&D, such as Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Inclusion & Diversity or Gender Studies. Do you recognise yourself when reading the bullets below?

* Team worker with the ability to work independently and to juggle priorities
* Analytical thinker with the ability to work in a structured way on projects (project management experience is beneficial)
* Excellent communication skills, well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
* Fluent in English with an international interest
* Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
