(COMPANY NAME) Nederland BV (TNL) develops and produces radar systems. Within the Technical Unit RF radar front-ends are developed. This includes antennas, transmitters, signal generators and receivers and FPGA programming and embedded software. Besides product development, innovative technology studies are carried out in this field.

About the assignment
Switched Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) are used to power the receiver and transmitter electronics in the radar RF front-end.
In a previous assignment a labview application has been developed for validating the performance of the SMPS in an automated test setup. This reduces overall test time and maximizes the information obtained during the proto/qualification testing. Easy adapting for multiple SMPS configuration is already implemented, based on the equipment available in the lab. Now further extension of the program is needed.

Foreseen activities are:
* Extension of the LabVIEW application, with additional automated measurements,
* Verification and debugging of the LabVIEW application on an existing SMPS design,
* Report the activities, design procedure and results in a detailed report with manual.
