Legalis Global is an established recruitment company, accredited with a 25-year reputation as a world leader in matching law firms and leading corporations with the top professionals in the industry in over 30 countries across the globe. To support the execution of our strategy, Legalis has a hub in Budapest providing research and delivery support for our consultants serving clients worldwide. This role would be based in Budapest office and requires at least 30 working hours per week.

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our talent sourcing team in our Budapest office.  You will work alongside a senior consultant, supporting the recruitment process and be in charge of internal coordination. This role will challenge the selected person with extra responsibility, opportunities and autonomy. As an intern at Legalis you will improve your research skills and techniques as well as your account/candidate or other task related management skills and data handling.

As Talent Sourcing Intern you will:

Help the stakeholders and consultants understand the industry landscape in each location or practice group and lead initiatives accordingly;
Participate in regional calls and follow up the different business cases;
Research and identify potential candidates or firms/companies looking to recruit new lawyers;
Use main social media outlets to support and provide detail insight during a recruitment process;
Create key client and candidate profiles that will support further actions;
Database management;
Arrange meetings and interviews between clients and candidates;
Help the stakeholders and consultants understand the industry landscape in each location or practice group and lead initiatives accordingly;
Research and map out legal markets we work with or want to expand in.

The duration of the internship is a minimum of 6 months.

This internship is unpaid. We strongly advise candidates to apply for an EU Erasmus or Leonardo Scholarship.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You must prove a strong interest in human resourcing, as well as good coordination and task orientation;
You are autonomous and have people skills;
You will be flexible and motivated to comply different tasks, with fluency in English;
You should be able to work with Excel on advanced level;
Have the ability to work in the EU/hold an EU Residency permit.
