Job Title: Intern - Engineering Program Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Role Type: 12-month internships (master's level)
Job Summary:
As a Masters Engineering Program Manager Intern at Honeywell, in Dublin, you will be responsible for supporting multidisciplinary product delivery and program execution from inception to successful business-case realisation, within industrial automation.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, with flexibility from the job holder.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for a duration of 12 months and starting as soon as you are able. This is for a masters degree graduate from 2025 or early 2026.

Key responsibilities:
You will work closely with experienced professionals, and assigned a buddy to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive team to be trained to achieve the following:
* Enable execution of programs or short-term projects, working closely with multiple functions and phases per the new product introduction framework, (Z21 NPI)
* Support Program Managers and Leaders in the translation of business case / concept into engineering deliverables and implementation plan.
* Support the team in estimation, balances program risks / dependencies, and manages costs, resources, vendors, etc. during the detailed planning phase Execution & Delivery.
* Leverage functions to drive the right results, and achieve readiness for launch, with the right metrics and tools that provide high predictability and quality to stakeholders and senior execs alike.
* Work with Engineering or Offering Management teams to enable Proof of Concept, building integration of new panels/features in product Road Maps
Key skills and qualifications:
* Currently studying, or recently graduated from a master's degree in Project Management, Mathematics, Science, Business Management, or Engineering, completing in 2025 to early 2026
* Able influencer, with great interpersonal skills
* Business level written and verbal communication skills in the English language
* Can commute with ease to our Dublin office
