We offer a rigorous 6-month Internship programme designed to enhance your culinary skills and professional development. Positions are available within our Kitchen department.
As a Culinary Arts Intern, you will be expected to:
* Demonstrate unwavering commitment to culinary excellence and continuous learning.
* Proactively embrace new ideas and methodologies in the culinary field.
* Display initiative by assuming additional responsibilities beyond your core duties.
* Serve as an exemplary role model for your peers and junior staff members.

* Establish and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Allocate time and energy efficiently to maximise your impact on both the Hotel and your personal development.
* Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
* Contribute to the maintenance of the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
This internship demands a high level of dedication and professionalism. You will be held to the same exacting standards as our full-time culinary staff, and your performance will be regularly evaluated against these benchmarks
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Candidates must be enrolled in a recognised tertiary institution and provide official documentation confirming eligibility for internship
* Applicants must be pursuing a formal qualification in Culinary Arts
* Commitment to a full 6-month internship programme is mandatory
* Demonstrated passion for culinary excellence and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to operational excellence
* Strong determination and resilience to succeed in a demanding culinary environment
* Fluency in English is essential for effective communication in the kitchen and with staff
