We are seeking a motivated intern to support the development and maintenance of automation applications, analyze business processes for optimization, and contribute to data analysis and reporting using Power BI. This role offers hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives and exposure to modern tools and technologies in automation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial and administrative tasks, such as invoice validation or external resources list management, among others
* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
* Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of automation business process solutions using tools (eg. Power Automate, Python, or others)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows
* Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
* Support financial and other data collection, cleaning, transformation and analysis for reporting purposes
* Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
* Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making across departments
* Document solutions and provide user training or support as needed
* Leverage AI, where possible to resolve real world problems

Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
* Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Python scripting).
* Basic understanding of finances and business administration
* Interest in AI and responsible application of tools available
* Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and documentation abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
* Is well-organized and works effectively both independently and as part of a team
