About the programme:

The (COMPANY NAME) Internship Programme is designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support. You'll quickly gain the confidence to take on real projects by learning first-hand how and what we deliver for clients worldwide. You'll feel supported by colleagues from across our business and start to develop your professional network.

About the division:

The Chief Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Office employs around 3,600 people in Frankfurt, London, New York, Singapore and 39 other countries. The division is primarily made up of the areas of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Compliance and Controls Testing & Assurance (CT&A) and Compliance & AFC Frameworks & Programmes and is supported by the Chief Operating Office. Together, these areas provide a stable control environment that the bank needs to deliver on its strategy and enter a period of sustainable growth. They also provide a strong second line of defence for our bank to implement its strategy and ensure that the bank's controls are resilient. About the role:

As part of your Intern Programme in (COMPANY NAME)'s Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Office, you will gain insights into all our areas and will be involved in day-to-day operations as well as projects. In doing so, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the administrative, strategic and economic interrelationships of banking business, as well as risk management with regards to regulation and financial crime. Your specific assignments and tasks will vary based on which team you join. You will gain a range of skills and benefit from the expertise of experienced and international teams.

What we look for:

We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won't necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you'll need to build a career with us.

To be eligible for the 2025 Internship Programme you must:

* Be in your penultimate year with either your final year or masters year left to complete after the internship.

* Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st August 2025 and 31st July 2026.

* Be able to start full time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.

* You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.

* Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
