This position is part of our Traineeship Program - designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are ready to kick-start their journey in the world of supply chain and planning.

What you'll be doing:

* Analyze sales data and promo activities to understand how they impact demand.
* Clean and interpret historical sales data (including marketing activities).
* Update 10+ monthly metrics using reports and Excel.
* Work with the supply planning team to identify root causes of issues.
* Send out weekly reports and flag anything that needs attention.
* Manage demand planning master data (new products, new customers).
* Join meetings with sales, marketing, and supply planning teams.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Great communicator and team player.
* Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
* Curious and committed to building smart solutions.
* Confident using Excel; SAP IBP is a plus.
* Open to learning tools like QlikView, Power BI, etc.
* University degree.
* English: upper-intermediate level (spoken & written)
