Purpose Of The Role
The role sits within a cross-functional team that supports user acquisition and brand awareness of (COMPANY NAME) through partnerships. This role provides exceptional support and requires the ability to multitask effectively.\n

Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, including assisting in partner liaison, planning, budgeting, timeline management, marketing collateral creation, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to produce quality deliverables within strict production budgets and deadlines
* Provide retail logistical support with the management of the inventory of point-of-sale merchandise and branded merchandise for use at offline events and/or retail spaces
* Execute setup of online campaigns hosted on the (COMPANY NAME) platform and ensure accuracy and timeliness of setup
* Assist with campaign/partnership post-mortem analysis and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate and execute quality briefs to produce effective online and offline marketing materials

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
* Able to commit to a 6-month full-time role
* Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management across various teams
* Strong sense of accountability for deadlines and quality of deliverables
* Attention to detail, organized, and possess good work ethics
* Analytical thinking, and the ability to problem-solve with quick thinking in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Keen to learn with a can-do attitude
* Prior experience in event planning, coordination, and management would be an asset
