We are looking for a Commercial Support Intern to join our Travel Retail Europe Commercial team in Nyon, Switzerland.
In this role, you will be providing operational (client) support in the process of managing King and Top Accounts by communicating with all the departments involved: Field Supervisor, Commercial Planning, and Marketing.
Following the format established by the client, prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment, novelty introduction, pricing implementation, product information.
Client media requests: provide the accounts with audio & video, pack shots, press kits.
Client product requests: provide the accounts with samples & pre-series (via Customer Service directly sent from warehouse).
Client’s needs: Ensure that needs are understood and fulfills with highest quality standards for total satisfaction.
Pricing: support Key Account Managers in the pricing process and tool.
Investments: Compiling an investments report (common data base) in terms of staff, rentals (permanent & promo), decoration, GWP (gift with purchase).
Support the Key Account Managers with sell-out and sell-in analysis.
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Degree in Business Administration or similar
Experience/Interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued
Strong communication skills
Highly organized/detail-oriented and effective at time management
Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments
Attention to detail, and proven analytical skills
Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
