About the role
This is a unique chance for ambitious candidates with a keen interest in advancing their careers in HR. Your contributions will directly influence the employee experience at (COMPANY NAME) and serve as a solid foundation for your growth as an HR professional.\n

* 50% Workplace Experience
* Office Operation & Facility Management: Mailing, courier services, phone answering, security settings, documentation, filing, travel arrangements, etc. Ensure the demands of office procurement, day-to-day operation, the Town Hall meeting preparation, and employee benefits, to ensure proper maintenance of the workplace, furniture, and meeting rooms.
* Vendor & Contract Management: Dealing with multiple vendors to negotiate T&C to ensure office workplace facility and event requirements. (e.g. landlord, cleaning service company, event venue, etc.)
* Event Coordination: Coordinate office activities/events and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Organize and implement employee engagement events such as ShopFest, Offsite, etc. Ability to effectively utilize the budget that has been planned. Office environment setup/decoration. Brainstorming activity ideas. Meal arrangements. Proactively communicate with relevant teams.

* 50% HR Admin Function
* Onboarding tasks and attendance management.
* Manage welfare budget and inventory for pantry and other workplace facilities.
* Support on the HR policy and procedure establishment and improvement (e.g. Occupational doctor and nurse service, Massage therapist contract review, Installation of safety equipment in the workplace, Health check program maintenance, Duty roaster maintenance for the Interns, etc.)
* Support and execute regional and local HR-related projects.
* Enrich our culture through a friendly demeanor and communicative personality.

* Fluent in both English and Mandarin
* Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, willing to roll up sleeves
* Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, manage multiple priorities, and have excellent project management experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Detail oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and subjects
* Mature with good interpersonal and communications skills, organized and self-motivated
