Sujet : Optimisation de la gestion des stocks dans l'UAP Injection

Missions à confier :
* Étudier l'existant : gestion des stocks actuelle.
* Analyser les écarts d'inventaire.
* Simuler le flux optimal pour améliorer la maîtrise des stocks
* Valider les différents outils Lean Manufacturing
* Mettre en place une solution draft et suivre les résultats.
* Industrialiser les solutions et assurer leur déploiement.
* Calculer et valider le gain financier

Diplôme/Spécialité :

Ingénieur en génie (Industriel, Mécanique), spécialité productique
