KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* As a co-owner on SAP data integrity by performing proper preparation, review and validation of transactions based on internal control policies and procedures.
* Compliance with tax and internal control standards on audit-ready financial document traceability.
* Assist in month-end closing, preparation of regular financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for internal review and analysis.
* Participate in finance-related ad hoc tasks and process improvement initiatives.
* Gain hands-on exposure to core finance operations and develop an understanding of how transactional finance supports business performance, compliance, and risk management within the organization.

GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT TOPIC:
* Develop an understanding of the basic internal controls underlying the assigned finance tasks, and how these controls operate within end-to-end finance processes to support the best governance practice and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
* University student from Accounting / Finance Discipline
* A passion in our brands and industry!
* Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
* Proficient in English
* A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
