VIE: Junior Digital Brand Manager - Pharmaceuticals & Innovations Overall context : UPSA is the 3rd biggest Consumer Health player in Belgium, with Dafalgan being the most important brand. Dafalgan is the n°1 OTC brand sold and one of the top 20 most influential brands overall in Belgium. In order to drive the market leadership of Dafalgan and to support our continued growth, UPSA is looking for a Junior Digital Brand Manager. The Junior Digital Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing team. He/she/they will report to the Head of Marketing and will be instrumental in supporting the development of strategic and operational Marketing activities. The role gives excellent cross-functional exposure by executing the category plan in collaboration with the UPSA Global and Local Marketing teams, Commercial teams, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical and Finance departments. In a context of business transformation, it is the right moment to be part of UPSA 'Conquest 2027' ambition. This position is office based, in Mont-Saint-Guibert. Close to Brussels and near Louvain-La-Neuve. Responsibilities : Work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing team to: * Manage launch of new websites for UPSA BE's brands, both with local and global agencies. Together with Brand Manager ensure correctness of information assure best in class front end design, and assure technical set-up in the back end to allow performant media campaigns (META retargeting), Insights (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and GDPR compliancy (internal legal & software) * Manage & maintain UPSA BE's e-mailing platform to ensure our capability to enhance our multi-channel communication approach. Implement different mailings to different target audiences for our different brands. Prepare, implement, and monitor creative omnichannel activities - through different channels: pharmacies, general practitioners, specialists, direct-to-consumers…). * Analyze performance of digital campaigns, together with our media partner, to optimize media spendings and channel attribution. Challenge media agency on proposed media and challenge performance KPI's. * Be the digital liaison between global digital and local UPSA BE, ensure sharing of best practices and help with global requests on a technical and executional level (e-commerce projects). * Ensure execution of Trade Marketing plans with our online pharmacies and our Key Account Managers: sharing of product content, delivery of media assets for different campaigns, reporting and follow-up with our partners to ensure all plans are well executed * (Community) Management of Social Media accounts: set-up of accounts, organic content, account hygiene, regulatory approvals, etc. * Prepare briefings, coordinate, and follow up with external agencies to develop marketing materials. * Track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics. * Ensure strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (UPSA Global, Commercial teams, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical and Finance departments) as well as external partners (agencies, Healthcare Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, etc.). Doctor Camille Bru founded the laboratories in Agen in 1935. In the last eight decades, UPSA has developed an unparalleled expertise in Europe in relation to pain, flu conditions, energy, digestion, and quality of sleep. UPSA symbolizes research, quality of excellence and French production: thanks to its extensive self-medication product range, UPSA develops and introduces new medication to treat every day pains. UPSA is part of Taisho Pharmaceutical group since July 2019. Since 1951, UPSA's manufacturing plant was built in Agen, in the department of Lot-et-Garonne (47). UPSA is constantly seeking innovative ways to address health's permanent evolution. In that regard, UPSA capitalizes on its center for development pharmaceutics to adapt to its patients' changing needs

Profil requis du candidat:
