Based in Shenzhen or Hong-Kong and you will be working within a global team responsible for implementing and maintaining software applications used by all QIMA employees. These tools include Collaborative Systems, HR Systems, Intranets, Finance Systems, Security Services…
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Oversee organization, scheduling, and implementation of projects to regularly communicate progress and risks within the team and across other teams.
Participate in project planning, identify dependencies and work in close liaison with external teams.
Host regular program meetings to discuss project status, identify and implement solutions to address risks and issues, and drive decision making to deliver on time.
Analyze and report on team productivity.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation for each project.
Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have:
2+ plus years of experience leading a cross functional project team
Demonstrated collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, as well as between development teams and senior leadership.
Proven talent for uniting and motivating teams towards a common goal.
Experience in leading projects that include data integrations, reporting and data processing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Experience developing feature & scope of work documentation.
Prior hands on Data/API integration experience.
