Présentation de la société : Air Liquide Japan. The office is located in Tokyo. This is the APAC team. You will be mainly working with approx. 10 TA team members across Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Japan, however the main project for you is located in Japan. There are several HR stakeholders (+15 ppl) to liaise with, therefore, excellent communication skill in Japanese is mandatory. Poste et missions : Mission Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's talent acquisition strategy in Japan. This position requires skill sets for managing multiple projects, enhancing calibrating recruitment processes , leveraging referral programs, and overseeing agency relationships. You will contribute to this mission by… Recruitment Process Excellence: Identify areas for improvement, suggest better processes, and revamp the end-to-end recruitment process. Campus recruitment (Fresh Graduate Hiring) : Manage the entire recruitment from Campus Outreach, Job posting, running assessment center to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process and fulfillment. Referral Program Management: Revitalize and manage the employee referral program, increasing employee engagement and utilizing internal networks for talent acquisition. Agency Management: Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure compliance with service agreements and fulfillment of recruitment needs. Project Participation and Leading: Lead key projects within the recruitment spectrum, including the integration of new hiring technologies and the development of recruitment marketing strategies. (ie. Fresh Graduate Hiring, Campus Engagement, Gender Diversity Activities, Employment Branding Promotion, etc.) Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs and provide regular updates through effective communication to provide professional consultancy. Data Integrity and Reporting : Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and data, providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions throughout regular/ ad-hoc reports. Invoice and Cost Management : Manage invoices and recruitment costs for Japan, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all recruitment-related expenses. Why Join Us? Profil requis du candidat:

Education: A degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or a relevant field Soft and Hard Skills: Must-Have Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organization (both written and verbal) Must be flexible, adaptable, with ability to multitask Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Ability to work fast in a changing environment Proactive and shows initiative including adopting a hands-on approach Praise the value of diversity and potential over typical requirements Continuously seeking ways to improve, able to initiate new ideas and innovative solutions, facilitating and acting as a change agent Nice-to-have Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn Knowledge of various interviewing methods Experience with HRIS, ATS (Workday, Taleo, Lumesse…), Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools Languages: English fluency is Must have Japanese fluency is nice to have (both verbal and written) Please send your CV and motivation letter in English!
