Poste et missions : This VIE mission gives the position holder the opportunity to be at the heart of Talent Management and Employee Engagement in a highly successful and transforming Division. Embedded in the Europe Division Talent & Organizational Development team the position holder works across all areas of Talent Development and Employee Engagement in a fast paced and multicultural environment, while being based on one of Clean Mobility's top plants in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic, or Braganca, Portugal. The mission covers 4 main areas: - Employe Engagement The position holder will actively contribute to selected employee engagement initiatives across the Division as well as owning the central governance of these projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan, with the right timing, stakeholder involvement and exposure in different forums. - VIE Community Management The position holder will be in charge of managing the Europe Division's VIE community (35 VIEs across different functions and locations), ensuring an efficient and smooth recruitment and on-boarding process with hiring managers, timely follow up and intermediate reviews as well as a proactive placement management. - Talent Development Process Management As part of the central Talent Development team the incumbent will support the annual planning and execution of the related processes, including active meeting participation at all levels of the organization and preparation of executive reviews and presentations. - Talent Development Analytics As part of a robust KPI monitoring and follow up structure, the incumbent will prepare the monthly Talent Analytics, spot trends across regions and functions and propose related actions linked to Employee Engagement
Profil requis du candidat:
Candidate profile: Master degree in HR Management or a related field Strong internship experience / Apprentice background in the areas of HR Partnering or Talent Management Strong willingness to grow in a fast paced industrial company (matrix organization) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Good command of English language, minimum B2 level Proficient user of the MS Office suite
