Présentation de la société : Support the Asia-Pacific Compliance Officer in enhancing the compliance framework in the region on various subject matters such as AML, sanctions and embargoes, data protection Poste et missions : Support the Asia-Pacific Compliance Officer in the following key compliance areas : * anti-money laundering & terrorism financing * economic sanctions (e.g. sanctions & embargoes) * anti-bribery * anti-fraud (jointly with risk) * conflicts of interest * data protection and privacy * anti-trust and competition law * reporting concerns This will entail providing support for the following tasks: * Ensuring completion of the APAC Compliance Plan * Developp and conduct compliance trainings. * Perform certain spot checks and ICS controls to ensure effectiveness of compliance related policies and guidelines. * Support horizon scanning and reporting to Group and your Regional/entity Senior Management. * Ensure timely update or review of local compliance policies * Enhance communication on compliance to various local stakeholders * Review compliance referrals from the business (sanctions, KYC, data protection)

Profil requis du candidat:

- 1 or 2 years working in a law firm, in-house legal team or compliance team - Interest in compliance - Fluent in English - Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus - International experience is a plus - High level of interpersonal and communication skills; - Practical experience in working in a dynamic business and market environment; - Pragmatic, curious, able to navigate and deal with uncertainty or ambiguity. - Microsoft 365, SharePoints, Teams
