How will you make an impact?

*In our team "Talent, Talent, Talent" is our motto and therefore it is no surprise that a critical part of your role will be to identify future talent and propose strong candidates for critical positions. Graduates are also very important to us and therefore you will be responsible for many University and graduate initiatives that we run throughout the year

*On the Employer branding side you are a true "people marketeer" and will be highly involved in the strategy, campaigns, analysis and initiatives we launch around our employer voice.

Across both parts of your role you will have the opportunity to propose fresh ideas and design innovative campaigns that offer new perspectives but also pay homage to our culture and heritage

What will help you succeed in this role?

To hit the ground running you will have at least one industry experience and a strong interest in the areas of recruitment and marketing. In our team we love data! and therefore your ability to comfortably read and analyse figures will be crucial to your skill set. Ideally a background in engineering or analytics will be highly advantageous. You will have significant exposure and breadth to your position so an ability to manage priorities will help you stay on track and deliver to your best.

How do we keep you smiling?

Working in a multi cultural team and office we have a great mix of nationalities and backgrounds. Working in the middle of the Swiss countryside we offer on site restaurant, gym facilities and a spacious open plan working environment. We also ensure you are close to local transport with direct access to trains from our offices. Within our headquarters there is always something happening. From on site speakers to lunch time learning opportunities there is always opportunities to meet and network with new colleagues.
